The cigarettes smoke can damage the pancreas that produce insulin which regulates the blood sugar .the negative smokers are exposed to smoking risk as much as smokers. But some of the toxic substances may be more concentrated in negative smoke. That’s why the Islam had forbidden everything detrimental to health. The prophet Mohammed said: (No harm and not causing any harm), so, shouldn’t we leave this bad habit?

It turns out that the sound effect on these cells, where it vibrate properly, and the audio frequencies activate specific cells and restore balance to them, and at the same time the sound can prolong the life of the cell through debugging deposited by God in it. Pollution, viruses and toxins in the water, air and food, all of which adversely affect these cells and disrupt their work leading to diseases and here comes the sound therapy that heals this imbalance. There are many Hadiths, statements of Allah’s Messenger SAAW, which talked about the Siwak [using Arak wooden root sticks as a brushing tool to clean the teeth]. He SAAW is reported to have said, ‘If it was not for the hardship that I could cause to my Ummah [Muslim Nation], I could have ordered them to clean their teeth with Siwak at/before every prayer.’ [This h2 is reported by Bukhari and Muslim]. That is an advice of he honorable Prophet SAAW before one thousand and four hundred years. What is the advice of doctors in the third millennium? There are a great number of germs and bacteria that attack the teeth constantly. These germs feed on the food remnants in the mouth. Upon analyzing the material of Siwak it shows that it has characteristics that help to stop the growth of such bacteria in the mouth. Medical research confirms that the root-tooth-brush  of Alarak bush roots contains an anti-decay and disinfectant and astringent matter that works to reduce and stop the bleeding of the gum.

The wood of the Siwak contains vitamin C which is necessary for the preservation of the teeth and protection from teeth decay. This vitamin also protects against gingival inflammation. It was also found that Siwak contains fluoride that is necessary to prevent teeth decay and increase the whiteness. Recent research illustrates that using the Siwak continuously on the basis of five times a day would prevent inflammation of the gum and give smoothness to the teeth. As Siwak contains silica, it gives additional strength to the teeth enamel.
The research further confirmed the presence of resin that protects the teeth from decay. It also illustrated the presence of sulfur material that purifies the mouth. Allah’s Messenger SAAW, the Messenger of mercy says the truth as he said, ‘Maintain the use of Siwak as it is betters the mouth odor and pleases the Lord, Allah, the Almighty] [Narrated by Ahmad].

There are many benefits in the fig fruit that were mentioned in the Glorious Quran, and rather Allah, the Almighty took an oath by it. The most important of which is that fig is very rich in minerals. It is also very useful in the prevention of cancer. It also acts as tonic for the cells; it delays the aging process and contains a substance excreted by the brain which is very vital material and necessary for the function of the heart, brain and organs of the body. It is necessary to take few pieces of figs after the age of 35 to supply the body with this item that is necessary for its vitality. Some research also confirms that the leaves of the cactus benefit diabetic patients. Does not this fruit deserve to be taken oath with by Allah, the Almighty and even a special Sura; chapter in the Quran to be named after it. Allah stated in Glorious Quran, Al-Tin [The Fig] 95:1-4, ‘By the Fig and the Olive, And the Mount of Sinai, And this City of security,- We have indeed created man in the best of moulds’.

In a scientific research for the U.S. space agency NASA scientists confirmed that the universe will contract and return to its original shape; one-mass. It is so amazing that Allah pointed to this issue in Glorious Quran. Allah stated in Glorious Quran AlAnbiya [The Prophets] 21:104, ‘The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfill it.’ We pose a question here to everyone who doubts the Glorious Quran and where did Mohammad SAAW brought such accurate information that fully agrees with modern science? This, for sure, indicates that the Glorious Quran are the words of Allah, the Almighty.
