【自家製傳統應節美味】
中秋佳節，少不免要食住月餅賞賞月，和家人一起享受團圓時光。街上的月餅花款繁多，但往往多油多糖，既然如此，今年何不嘗試自家造月餅，泡製一些真正適合自己和家人口味的應節食品!
在這次的家傳食譜工作坊中，我們邀請到奄尖淘氣的「煮」人-方方，方瑞寧女仕來為大家示範如何泡製有信心可比拚五星級名酒店的自家秘方奶黃月餅! 方方是金融股票資深從業員。每天在高壓緊張的工作環境，而對她來說最佳的減壓通路就是下廚! 看來嘴刁刁，對美食似是奄尖的她，其實是帶幾分不羈又愛創新，經常鑽研「開心」食譜，創作滿載玩意的「淘氣尚膳」同家人分享。如果你也想學習月餅的做法，就不要錯過了!

【Mooncake Festival Can’t Be without Mooncake】
In Chinese culture, Mid-Autumn Festival, aka Mooncake Festival, would not be completed without mooncakes. Although nowadays you can almost purchase any kinds of flavours at bakeries or restaurants, making them yourself is a different experience and the recipients would definitely appreciate more than those one bought from popular retail stores.
This time, we will have Miss Fong from We R Family to teach us how to make some creamy custard mooncakes and snow skin mooncakes. If you want to learn it, don't miss this workshop!
