小時候常聽到媽媽說:「吃件年糕年年高」，每逢過年過節，沒有吃過年糕總是覺得欠缺了點什麼! 年糕雖然是傳統食品，但只要轉換一下形象，也可以是美麗精緻的藝術品。如果你也想藉著新年為家人泡製一款特別的賀年食品，不妨來到味道圖書館與我們一起製作一條又一條在椰汁中暢遊的美味錦鋰年糕!

Chinese New Year Cake (Nin Gou) has the symbolism of raising oneself taller in the coming year, in other words, by eating this traditional food, you will have an even better new year! That’s why you can’t miss it at this time of the year! Come to Taste Library and learn how to make some carp-shaped Nin Gou!
＊Participants can bring home six koi-shaped Chinese New Year cake (Nian Gou)
