I cannot say anything that has not already been said. I purchased one of these mattresses about 6 months and it is already buckling. Uncomfortable $2800 later. I would not recommend this brand of mattress to anybody. I suffer with a lower back pain. And this mattress just intensifies it. This mattress brand needs to stand behind their product, 140 years of what? I'll tell you what making people's nights miserable. Thanks to SEALY.

Read the very fine print. They will not let you return the foundation. It is not part of the 90 night trial period. If you decide you don't like the mattress, they will charge you $125 restocking fee for the mattress and if you bought a foundation you will not be refunded $350 and will have to keep the foundation. You will lose $475. They will pick up the mattress and LEAVE. The foundation will not be picked up. This is ridiculous. I will never use Sealy again.

I purchased a Sealy King Size Albany Medium Hybrid Mattress for over $2000 in August 2022. In May 2023, we found a large 6-inch + seam rip on the mattress. We called the local furniture store, and they said Sealy did not warranty this and offered to send someone out to stitch it closed. I called Sealy and was told, "Sorry, we can do nothing about this. We don't warranty a seam rip." ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SEALY AGAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER. This mattress and Sealy show poor quality, warranty, and lack of service. How horrible to be stuck with this expensive mattress that will obviously not last the promised amount of time.

We recently purchased two Sealy beds and box springs from Mattress Firm (online). Less than six months ago. Delivered Nov. 2022 - in a dumpster May 2023. I am a 6' 210 pound man. About a week ago, I sat down on the side of my new bed as I've done my entire life to get ready to go to sleep. As I sat down, there was a pop noise and now my new mattress is deformed. I tried multiple times to contact Mattress Firm for a warranty claim. We've gone back and forth several times, but it keeps coming down to a "law tag" on the end of the bed that isn't there. Their final word is no law tag, no warranty. I did not remove any tags from our new beds. There is no, and was no "law tag" on these mattresses. And they have full records online when and where I purchased our mattresses. So, they are fully aware they are new!

Mattress Firm and Sealy refuse to help us and warranty their defective mattress. I never removed any tag from this mattress. When I contacted Sealy I was told this tag (attached photo) was just as good as the law tag. Mattress Firm says no, it's not and they will not warranty our mattress. I simply can't believe the ** run around I've gotten from Mattress Firm and Sealy over this defective mattress. Okay, well it looks like I've lost over a thousand dollars for a less than six month old mattress. I fully intend to go to each and every review site and post my experiences with Sealy and Mattress Firm. With pictures.

I noticed I'm not the only one with this issue. As I posted my complaint with the BBB. I saw several other posts there with the exact same complaint. (Posted on the BBB website by the BBB) "Sealy has an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau. Most complaints are about issues with the brand's warranty after needing replacements, and some customers who received defective mattresses." So, if you're reading this researching mattress brands or reputable retailers to buy from... In my opinion, Sealy and Mattress Firm are the worst! They manufacture and sell defective products they refuse to stand behind. I imagine it's because covering all the warranty claims would most likely put them out of business.

I purchased a mattress while it was on sale like 4 weeks ago. After 2 weeks it never shipped. I called and they said to wait one more week and reach out to them if it never ships. Without realizing 2 weeks go by. I give them a call, only to find out that around week 3 they cancelled my order and no one can figure out why. So now if I want to reorder, I have to order at full price, and after waiting for weeks they wouldn’t even give me expedited shipping. Absolute joke of a company, and I’m glad it never shipped because I'm starting to see horrible reviews for this company’s

I can't believe there still in business selling such a bad product. I bought a bed 2 years ago I am having shoulder and hip pain caused by this sterns and foster bed both chiropractor and my doctor said change your bed. I can lay in the center of my bed move slightly to my right and this mattress sucks me into the depression like a fast roll. No help from the warranty department. They need 1.5 inch depression for a claim my depression is 1.1/4 inch bit if you measure it when I get sucked into the depression it at least 3 inches or more so now this $2400 is trash after 2 years and no help from Sealy or the brick. SAVE YOUR MONEY BODY AND TIME STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE BEDS.

I purchased the Sealy Response Performance 13.5" Cushion Firm Pillow Top Innerspring Mattress on Aug. 16, 2021 and received it on Sept. 15, 2021 from Walmart. I Paid $738.17 for this mattress. I always felt that Sealy mattresses were a good brand of mattress until now. It is sagging terribly even though I have turned it for even wear since I received it. I can't even find this mattress on the Sealy website anymore. As a result, I will NEVER purchase another Sealy mattress, no matter what they claim. Buyer beware. I DO NOT recommend this mattress.

Purchased Sealy's top of the line mattress though Big Lots. Sagged within 6 weeks. Big Lots had me go to Sealy, who finally sent an inspector out, who verified the mattress was defective. I called Sealy back (they NEVER reach out to the customer). There's no number to call the warranty dept, so you always have to go through customer service, and explain the entire situation to them, and plead to be transferred to the warranty department. This takes 30-45 minutes just to get to the warranty dept. Once there, I'm told they will replace my mattress, with the SAME model, which makes no sense, since it sagged immediately, and reviews of my model all say the same.

Then I'm told, if I pick out any other mattress, I'll be paying extra (they won't tell me how much), and no matter what, I have to pay another $140 delivery fee and a $65 disposal fee!! Sealy tries very hard to make you give up. Every time they tell you to send something, and you do that, they make you jump through another loop, all of which accomplishes nothing at all! Meanwhile, 6 months of hassle has gone by, while my back is hurting and my sleep is awful. I wish Sealy would just help me by giving me options of a different mattress in the same category. They won't. I highly recommend you avoid this company altogether.

Actually this furniture store is glove in hand to this fraud. Ashley furniture store is from where we bought this mattress. The sales rep had told us if you don't like the mattress you can always return it. Within 4 nights we started experiencing discomfort, back pain and above all too hot to sleep on this hybrid mattress. We called Ashley, they asked us to call Sealy, we went back and forth for couple of hours. Sealy people told us you have to use it for 30days only then you can ask them to take it back. Now after 30days when we ask them for return they say, "You cannot return it, you can only exchange it." We didn't even sleep on that mattress. It's brand new now, and above all how can you force someone to buy your brand who has lost confidence in your brand.

This is not the experience we are looking at. When you go to buy any mattress you lie down it to check how you feel, in a few minutes you can't decide, especially when sales representatives are trying to forcefully convince you just so that they get their incentives. Above all, why are these sales representatives doing unethical selling. Since when did returns become a big headache and causing stress in life. My wife is stressed out coz sealy is not only trying force us to buy the mattress but also trying to fork out $3000 for the mattress.
