    Sun flower seeds are full of minerals which play an important role in building the right body, because this metal help in production melanin and keep it. because if the level of metal of copper were decreased, White hair would appear in your hair.


    (8) Curry leaves

    Curry leaves prevent white hair from appearing because it provide strength to hair roots when you will add or won't in the food routine. we can boil curry leaves in coconut oil to make house treatment for hair, because it makes your hair grow and increase the hair dye and this mean that it is resistance to the appearance of white hair.


    (9) Milk products

    It is full of ( B 12, B 6 ) and plays a role to active red blood cells, and this thing promote oxygen and the supported substances for hair which delay white hair to appear.
