1- Handle customer inquiries and requests and advise the customer to the suitable product
2- Follow up on all sales transactions on the system and see if everything is going well
3- Receiving customers' requests for special orders or products not available in the branch as well as maintenance (repair of purchased products), recording them and sending them to the concerned departments and following them up to the exhibition and handing them over to the customer and collecting the value of the service fees prescribed according to the work procedures
4- Oversee the daily operations of sales assistants and support the appropriate telephone to comply with the standards and procedures of work
5- Solving customer problems that may appear in accordance with the company's procedures, standards, and rules, as well as encouraging customers to complete a service survey to identify customer feedback and the problems they encounter.
