COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO ANSWER WHEN I CALL
THE ONLY REASON I am trying to set this up is that it was a gift from my best friend of 18 years and we live so far apart. Also worth noting is I work as a consultant with tech & innovation, love startups and appreciate small business.For 2 weeks I tried different combos of connecting my Filimin. I tried from my laptop, from my desk top and from my iPhone. I tried re-setting my wifi, and over and over I was met with complete frustration. I finally reached out to Customer Service who after receiving at least 8 emails, from two different people, I realized no one was actually paying attention to what my issues were because one of their solutions involved my using the bridge, which I noted I did not have. They also gave me instructions to check my wifi capability, which did not work, so then when I told them that.... they said contact my service provider.The approach to providing solutions is inefficient and NOT effective! I have never seen a company CARE SO LITTLE about providing help! I finally emailed saying I have to speak to someone and they sent an email,"Our company policy is to have customers call into us at their convenience."What that means is your convenience must be between 12-6pm CT. So I have called multiple times on different days. They ask you to leave a message. I did today. It is 2pm two hours after they should be open and no one is answering on a Thurs.I am sooooo over this crap and all the time I have wasted that to feel any kind of value regarding my energy spent, I had to pen this awful review, and call out all the mistakes, lack of consideration for the user, highlight the miserable UX, and trash what could have been a really great product. AMAZON SHOULD NOT CARRY THIS.
