This foreign born A- list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee and is a part of a long long running franchise at least for one more installment didn't like the event her people had booked her for. So, she did what I would do and decided to make the most of it by getting hammered and everyone left loving her.

She's Miss Moneypenny in the current James Bond movies.
She totally got robbed at last years' Oscars for Moonlight. She was the best part of that movie and didn't even get a nomination

This makes sense. Bond is the franchise. The event was probably a premiere or something for Rampage.
I just adore her, she seems down to earth
I only know her from her Graham Norton Show appearances, but she seems pretty charming.
Who is this person?
She's been acting since 1987 and has been in two rather large franchises (Pirates and Bond) she's also in my 2nd favourite zombie movie '28 Days Later' (best being Shaun of the Dead obviously).
So she's earned a little recognition, it's not like she's been playing 'customer #2' for all that time, she played Winnie fricking Mandela - she is private and not tabloid fodder, but by no means unrecognisable.
A-? I have no idea who this is. I've never seen any of the Pirates or Bond films, so maybe that's it, but I feel like if you're anywhere on the A list I should at least have heard of you.
