Egg Masala Fry

A spicy and curry twist to the original egg fry making it bold, flavorful and so delicious in every bite. Comes together in a few minutes and can be enjoyed with your family and friends. One of the thing that gets me every time about this recipe is the flavours – the creaminess from the eggs added with the kick from the masala just blend perfectly together. Ingredients


Boiled Eggs - 5 cut into half
A few cloves of Garlic
Chilli powder - 2 Tsp.
Coriander powder - 1 Tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp.
A few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 Tsp.
Urad dal - 1/4 Tsp.
Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp

Method

1. Heat some oil in a pan.



2. Add urad dal, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds.



3. Pound a few cloves of garlic and add them to the pan once the seeds start splattering.



4. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, some salt, and curry leaves to the pan.



5. Mix well and cook on a low flame. Do not let the spices burn.



6. Finally, add the cut boiled eggs and gently mix them so that the masala coats the eggs completely.



7. Add a teaspoon of oil, if the masala mix is too dry.



8. Leave it on the stove for a minute and then take it out to serve.



9. Enjoy the spicy Egg Masala fry.
