Chinese isn't my first language but from what I understand, the modder's notes say that he's frustrated with having to start from scratch whenever the new patch introduces even the slightest change like say a reskin. He's frustrated with it and seems to have temporarily given up on this unless he's in the mood to try again.

It depends on how much it would cost, Honestly I cant see a game as low text as Endles Legend costing more than a few thousand US, but I'm not an expert. The big issue however is that it is basically illegal to sell foriegn games in China and although is Steam currently accessable, that could change any day with no right of appeal. It is also very possible that having games in Chinese would hasten this process.

My friend, the language mod creator, is a love of the game. You can see here, he spent dozens of hours on endless legend, and wrote a long review Recommend this game to Chinese gamers. In order to bring more Chinese players whose English is not very good to buy and play this game, he made this language mod, and find time to squeeze in between the update learning busy life.

As you know, unity game engine support for Asian text is very unfriendly, every time you update the game content, language mod makers must start from scratch again finished. That is why he made the mod version can not support the latest version of the reason: he did not have time to keep up with your updates. Rather than some people have said, in order to crack the Chinese production support.

He mentioned 3DM in mod page, reads as follows:

Hi brother, I should point out your mistake. The Chinese Mod creator is one of my steam friends, he made the mod out of his love to Endless Legend. The 3DM version has nothing with this mod, the creator has also claimed that he will never make a patch for cracked version.

Thanks for developing this excellent game, I've taken over 100 hours in it. The mod creator is my steam friend and it was his Chinese mod that make me buy this game. Technically there are lots of trouble making chinese mod for a Unity based game, he has taken two weeks to make this Chinese mod out of his love to this game in this lunar spring festival, which helped a lot for Chinese players. From my own experience of these two patch, i CAN tell you that the 3DM Chinese patch has nothing with his individual Chinese patch. So, PLEASE do not ban him and delete his mod from workshop

Hello,there.I'm the maker of that Chinese language patch which you had banned incorrectly.

And....there must be some mistakes.

What I need is the 1.35s3 files because the mod can be only used in that version.I need his copy or backups,not his crack.
And someone who want to play the game and use the mod,he still need to buy the game on steam so that he can download Chinese patch form workshop.
Of course I will change the backup download web-link as soon as possible.

I am part of the team which help make the mod. We make the translation to purchased player only. NO EVIDENCE SHOWING THAT WE SUPPORT PIRATE GAMES!!!!! NO EVIDENCE!
