Every time I open the app, I have to wait for several minutes for the app to launch, even if watching offline downloaded content. I've tried reinstalling but it didn't fix the issue. This happens across all my devices such as phones (Galaxy S22 Ultra), tablets (Galaxy Tab S9) and computers (laptops/desktops running Win11). I've tried using Ethernet, WiFi, 4/5G networks and offline but it's always the same. What's worse is sometimes the app never loads and you're stuck on the Sky splash screen.

Paid to rent film and it doesn't appear anywhere Can't see a way of getting my money back. CS no help at all. Then I figured out I signed in on an old email address, which I couldn't reset password on. Figured it out and found the film. Then it disappeared again 2 days later. I have spent 2 hours on this, which is partly my fault but Sky will not help at all. Another 4.99 lost to Murdoch. Fortunately I can get out of Sky completely next month.

The app reliability has gotten better in recent months, but with me having literally nearly a thousand purchases and the order is in the original order purchased, trying to find a specific movie is a challenge. Please add a search function or an option to have at least an alphabetical option. It's very frustrating.
