What we look for in a talk:
-Talks featured on TED.com. While there are many great TEDx talks that are viewable on YouTube, we tend to pick talks that have been featured on TED.com, because of the thouroughness of the TED curation team. This is not a hard and fast rule, if there is a TEDx talk you love please share it!
-Talks that are not among the "Top Viewed" on TED.com. This does not mean we never do these, we just like finding diamonds in the rough.
-Most importantly, talks that stimulate discussion
