Educator Request for the Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning
The Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning (CTSR) was initially developed by Anton Lawson (1978). This assessment was constructed to measure students' thinking skill ability. The multiple choice version of the test was developed for multiple reasons including the ability to score the assessment easier and more effectively (Lawson, 2000). This form was built as a way for educators to notify the John C. Deming Research Group of an interest in obtaining the CTSR to use for classroom purposes.
