Item was not the advertised color. Clearly sold the controller at the Mario red price but sent Neon Red. No padding just a cheap plastic envelope. Asked for photos to verify their mistake, then said sorry we din't have what you ordered. They offered a $9 credit or a return. So I'd lose money on properly packing and shipping it back to still have no gift. Will not do business again. I'd rather lose money to give a bad review so others know to avoid them.
