I like the idea, and it would be cool if you could flood the ponds and all a bit to go over the roads, and in general make the roads more slippery. Also you might want to change the look of the sun, block it out more make it look like it's going through the clouds.

Re: Dry Rock Island - Rain There is already a Wet Rock Island. It's currently on hold and it is unknown if Eggtooth (Its Creator) Will continue to maintain it.
