Description - Conducts the whole Process of Implementing Human Resources Management System (Installation, Configuration, Training and Live Coverage) Conducts the technical customer Training sessions as per standard and make sure that client apply working cycle through implemented application. - Ensure recording and maintenance of the customers employees information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, disciplinary actions.. etc.
Qualifications Oracle HR Courses / background highly preferred B.Sc. of Commerce, Business Administration, computer Science or equivalent. 0-2 years experience in a similar or related field (HRMS Implementer/ Consultant). Good Computer Knowledge. MS. SQL Database installation & Administration essential knowledge SQL Query essential knowledge preferred. High level of communication with different levels. Very Good Time management, Presentation & Problem Solving Skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time Ability to travel inside Egypt as well as oversees whenever required by business needs.
