Walking is one of the easiest ways for keep your body fit and healthier. It’s a low impact exercise from the other profitable exercise. According to the Harvard Medical school, they said that walking only reduce your heart disease and diabetes. First set your goal then you investing your

daily walk by using fitness measurement device. Walking is a low cost and effective exercise. Just for a mental refreshment you can talk with your friends. It is an important part of a healthier life. But don’t play any brain game or puzzle for improve your mental or cognitive health. At a certain time in a week you can talk with your friends using cell phone and then go and see them with a weekends. It’s really helpful for build your healthier life.
