Cards for a Cause Fundraiser - MAC House

This is a fundraiser benefiting the Mother's and Children Home in Concord, North Carolina. This program is is apart of Cooperative Christian Ministry. Please fill out the ALL sections and then select which card boxes you would like to buy. All boxes are $30 each and come with a decorative box, dividers and 30 individually wrapped cards. MAC House will receive $13.00 for every box sold. That's 40% of the cost!!
