I live here in the Allen area and I had one of my Hvac units go out on me this past week.
I had to buy a portable window one just to keep it comfortable downstairs in the kitchen living areas of the house. My younger son has real bad allergies it was increasing including his breathing.
I called several AC HVAC companies for bids and I was getting a lot of companies not having the proper parts and would have to schedule me out on there schedule.
This morning 9/17/2017.
I reach out to HVAC Choice Air Care and explained my situation and what I was looking for as in HVAC unit to replace.
Very knowable and friendly and competitive with the previous bids.
I received a great bid on the replacement on my HVAC system.
Very timely they arrived as they told me on the phone "there was no scheduling me out" and had a crew of THREE people who were knowledgeable and knew there line of work.
All my questions were Satisfied, I was extremely happy about how they were able to work me into there Saturday schedule. They went above and beyond as in helping me understand the new model and the difference in seer models.
It took them about 3 hours 4 hours.

I engaged their service to look at the ac unit for maintenance. Tech guy came over turn up the temp and went outside to look at the ac units, I hv 3. Return in 15 mins and told me the charge was for $1087 and all they did was refill the refrigerant . I was surprised at how expensive they were but paid anyways as I hv to return to a conf call. It's unethical and unprofessional for a business to charge before speaking to the owners on what will be done and the cost associate with it. I hope the lesson I learn from this allows others to seek a more trustworthy business to perform their services.

I was given an appointment time of between 2 and 6PM. It is now 11PM still no show I had to call twice for an update. Was promised a call back at 10:30. Still waiting. seems this is a regular problem with these guys. No customer service. Do not use them.

We could not be happier with the service we received...Scooter was exactly the person you want to show up at your front door. He showed up in the early part of the service window provided, called ahead to let us know he was on the way, was professional very knowledgable, ethical and fair minded. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend Choice Air.

Called today at 3pm due to air going out. Chose this company because of ratings. Was told they would be here between 6-9. It is 9:45 and nobody showed up, called, or emailed they weren't coming. Poor customer service. House is sitting at 85 degrees.

Wow what a great job. My new dryer was overheating and I needed my dryer air duct cleaned right away. They were very professional and sent me updated text when the guy was coming out and after he left to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I definitely will be using this company again.

We used them to replace one of our AC unit. They are quite reliable and always reachable over phone. We did have few issues after the installation but they always came out quickly and fixed everything.

I want to thank Chris and his team for the great job they did on my new HVAC system. My 15 year old air conditioner died recently and while I waited for home warranty insurance to come out and decide my fate, I figured I should start getting estimates. I came to Yelp and found Choice Air Care. Based on the number of positive reviews, they were the only ones I called and I'm glad I did. Chris came out to give me a second opinion on the original air conditioner and provide a quote on a new system. The best part is, the new system was installed the next day! Choice Air Care is as great as the reviews say they are. They showed up when they said they would, communicated as needed, and cleaned up before they left. I will definitely be using them going forward and so should you.

Called at 6 am and left message. Called back at 8am and said never heard message. Stated a tech would arrive between 1-4. Called at 3:30 to get update. Stated would call back in 10 minutes. Called back at 4:45pm and was upset. Stated I would get a call back in 10 minutes. At 5:25 I'm getting contacted. I'm now having to pay after hour charge to another company. I was called and informed a technician was on his way. He arrived along with the other company I contacted an 1 1/2 earlier. The technician was wonderful and waved all fees and AC is back up and running. He was very professional. Yes we did pay the other company $90 but can't complain because Choice Air waved the fees. 5 stars to Chip.
