Qualifications:
Must possess a Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in People Management (direct report or cross-functional) in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience with the implementation of enterprise systems to include mobile functionality is strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of Maximo
Hands on knowledge and experience with SQL programming
Experience managing people in a unionized environment will be considered an asset

Strong ability to develop key relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and work cross functionally
Proven ability lead a high-performing team to deliver results
