Birthday diva! Mariah Carey nudges son Moroccan out of the way as he tries to kiss singer after she blows out candles on 'princess castle' cake
She's well known for her diva demands in her singing career.
And it seems even Mariah Carey's kids can sometimes get in the way of the spotlight as the songstress proved while celebrating her birthday at Disneyland on Tuesday.
In an Instagram clip she shared during the evening Mariah can be seen gently elbowing her son Moroccan, six, out of the way as he leans in to kiss his mom on the cheek.

The Hero hitmaker blew out candles on her 'princess castle' cake as her daughter Monroe urged her to make a wish.
'Can't tell you!' the Grammy-winner says after blowing out the candles and gently nudging Moroccan away after he reached up to her, blocking her face from the camera lens.

The lad, who's nicknamed Roc, didn't look too bothered by his mom's gentle rebuff and continued to smile happily at both Mariah and the gorgeous cake decorated with green icing and sugar flowers.

The chanteuse never refers to her age and rarely uses the word birthday in reference to herself, preferring to call her special day her 'anniversary.'
In fact Mariah's actual age remains something of a mystery, with investigations narrowing it down to either 48 or 49.
In an interview with Complex in 2016, she claimed she didn't have have a birthday at all.
'I was just dropped here,' she insisted. 'It was a fairyland experience.'

Mariah shares the twins with her ex-husband Nick Cannon, 37.
Meanwhile the obviously young at heart star is currently dating her 34-year-old backing dancer and choreographer, Bryan Tanaka.
The Washington native has been working with the singer as a backup dancer since her Adventures Of Mimi tour in 2006.
