📚📘🌟 Excited to announce the worldwide launch of my new book: "𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐢𝐧 5 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤" ! 🌟📘📚 It's been an incredible 6 year of journey bringing this project to life. This book offers a unique perspective on mindfulness and mental health literature, contributing in many distinctive ways. After piloting and conducting formal research (during my masters in psychology) on the unique 5-week model of imparting mindfulness skills through a facilitator-based approach, and witnessing its significant impact on people for close to 3 years (Shepherds In Mumbai: https://lnkd.in/dC3VFdyx) , I spent an additional 3 years carefully to bring the core essence of the 5-week model into book format. I am confident that readers will find it life-changing and transformative. I have poured my passion into this project with utmost discipline and commitment. I'm very happy with the outcome and finally see it come to existence. 🚀 This would not have been possible without mentorship and guidance from ☀️Shamash Alidina, as well as the support and platform he provides to teachers and new authors like me. If you have editors like Kerry Laundon and Rachael Chilvers, nothing is impossible. GREAT NEWS!!! I’m really excited to share that I and my wife Shraddha have collaborated with 26 other mindfulness coaches from all around the world to write a book “Mindfulness For Challenging Times”, Internationally Released on Amazon. We covered many areas in the book which will help people in this challenging time and provide some ease, including: Mindful Ways to Work from Home; Mindful Eating; Mindfulness for Anxiety; Managing Sleep; and Connecting with Others Online. As there is a surge in domestic abuse and violence these days, I contributed a section (Ch. 21) on Staying Mindful with Difficult People, hoping this will provide a different perspective and ways to better deal with the situation.
