Parking: Plenty available
Arrival: Please report to the TD desk on arrival to receive any new instructions or any changes to this information. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
Times: Games will run from approximately 9am to 7pm on Saturday, and from 9am to 5pm on Sunday.
Downtime: The seating area/ stand is where people should leave their possessions and spend downtime, please keep this area clean.
Team Talks Please take your post match chats outside if the weather isn’t too bad, out of the way of others using the venue.
Safety:
It is obvious – but remember to take care near the walls – both for your own safety, and that of other players. It is never worth hitting the wall to get the disc! It is most certainly not worth putting someone else at risk of hitting the wall hard.
Food and Drink
There is a café on site serving your typical burger and chips cafe food, as well as some sandwiches etc. Open throughout the day.
Water will be available from an urn placed in the corridor outside of the hall. If the urns are empty the cafe will be able to refill bottles, and all the tap water is safe to drink.
Do NOT take food or drink into the hall itself, other than water in a properly sealed container.

All teams will be staying in a local church hall/scout hut. These huts are based in Brighton, so take a short taxi / walk to Burgess Hill Train Station and then the train into Brighton, and buses from the station to the scout halls (or, hopefully, you’ll have your own transport). We ask for £20 for each team staying in accommodation over the weekend.

Spirit of the Game
Spirit scores will be entered through an online form, which can be found here:
You should be able to access the form on your smartphone (or one of your team-mates’ phones – some models seem to struggle more than others) and facilities MAY be available at the TD desk to input your scores if you can’t get it to work – but be aware there may be a queue for just one laptop there! Use your phone if you can.
Please enter scores as promptly as you are able – in particular, we expect to award a spirit trophy based on the results that have been entered before the presentation. If you fail to enter your scores on the day, it is of course still worth entering them later as it improves the feedback your opponents receive, but if you can enter them on the day it would be far better.
(If you end up, a week after the tournament, with the highest spirit – but someone else took the trophy – that’s hard luck I’m afraid. Take it up with the teams who submit late!)
Medical
First aid will be provided by venue staff. Ice will be available from TD Desk.

Schedule
The schedule will be out soon - teams are still entering and dropping out in many regions so there’s nothing we can do! For now you just have to assume you’re playing first game...
The tournament will be played under the UKU Indoor version of the 2013 WFDF rules, including the changed ‘pull’ and ‘time-out’ rules.
All other game rules, game lengths and formats are explained on the schedule itself.
