“…Host is unresponsive! The worst host ever. They will not respond to your messages on airbnb. You have to call them instead. So we went to San Lorenzo Tower 4 on the day of our check in just to find out that the host or whoever is in charge was not able to inform the admin or the lobby. The guard asked for our ids and then asked us what are the intructions from the host. We called them just to know that the owner is in sweden and the one in charge is not properly informed about our stay. When we got in the unit, the room is big but it is not clean at all. The aircon is full of dust. The appliances as well are full of dust. There are cockroaches too. Good thing about this booking is the location of the unit and the guards are friendly. Will never recommend this place.…
