IAB International Academy of Business on behalf of Coca‑Cola Hellenic Armenia “Youth Empowered” program is looking for successful entrepreneurs, business executives, professionals, consultants to join the program and provide life and business skills to young participants as mentors.  

Coca‑Cola Hellenic Armenia “Youth Empowered” program is a 3-year program, aiming to decrease youth unemployment in our society; it is designed to support  young people of 18-30 in their transition from school to meaningful employment.  In the first year, 2100 young people, living both in Yerevan and in regions, will be supported in the frames of “Youth Empowered”. Apart from acquiring self-development and self-assessment skills, program participants will have the opportunity to learn about time management, project management, communication, negotiation and sales skills, business planning as well as financial literacy.

Youth unemployment is among the biggest problems of our society,  strongly affected by the lack of competencies required by modern business and an inability of young specialists to acquire such competencies through practical experience.

IAB Բիզնեսի Միջազգային Ակադեմիան Կոկա-Կոլա Հելլենիկ Արմենիա ընկերության "Երիտասարդների զարգացում "  ծրագրի  շրջանակներում
փնտրում է հաջողակ գործարարների, կառավարիչների, խորհրդատուների, որոնք կմիանան ծրագրին՝ համալրելով մենթորների թիմը:  

Կոկա-Կոլա Հելլենիկ Արմենիա ընկերության "Երիտասարդների զարգացում"  եռամյա ծրագիրն ուղղված է մեր հասրակությունում երիտասարդների գործազրկության կրճատմանը՝ 18-30 տարեկան երիտասարդներին աջակցելով աշխատանքային կյանքին ինտեգրվելու հարցում: Առաջին տարվա ընթացքում , Ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է աջակցոլ Երևանում և մարզերում բնակվող 2100 երիտասարդների: Ինքնագնահատման և ինքնազարգացման հմտություններից բացի, երիտասարդները հնարավորություն կունաենան ստանալ ժամանակի և նախագծերի կառավարման, բանակցելու, հաղորդակցվելու, գործարար պլան կազմելու և վաճառքի հմտություններ։

Երիտասարդների գործազրկությունը մեր հասարակության ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից է, որը մեծապես պայմանավորված է գործարար աշխարում պահանջվող հմտությունների ձեռք բերման դժվարությունով:
