WEBVTT JOB TRAINING PROGRAMS IN CRITICAL STATE INDUSTRIES. MARY CAT THOSE FOCUS ON THE HEALTH FIELD, AS WELL AS MANUFACTURING, TRADE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ALL THAT DESPERATELY NEED WORKERS IN THE WORKFORCE. THE COLLEGES WORKING WITH OVER 60 COUNTRIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF MAINE AND THAT THIS MONEY WILL CREATE NEW PROGRAMS THAT WERE ALLOW STUDENTS TO EARN THOSE REQUIRED SKILLS IN A SHORTER AMOUNT OF TIME BY HAVING STUDENTS WORK TOWARDS WHAT THEY CALL A BADGE. THAT IS AN INDUSTRY RECOGNIZED CERTIFICATION. HERE IS A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE COMPANIES THEY WORK WITH. >> THEY RANGE FROM BUSINESSES WITH FIVE EMPLOYEES TO AS MANY AS 6000 EMPLOYEES. WE HAVE A MAJO TRAINING INITIATIVE THAT WE ARE DOING WITH BATH IRON WORKS CORPORATION.
