French Fries  At Home/Easy Fries Recipe




 French fries are produced from frozen potatoes which have been blanched or at least air-dried industrially but same restuarant  sell fresh cut fries,  this  standard for French fries in the United States. Mostly making French fries is vegetable oil. In the past  vegetable shortening as an alternative. In fact, McDonald's used this recipe for fries.
We prepared French Fries In Cooing Oil In Pakistan.First we peeling and cutting the potato into even strips or even shape.Then We soak in cold water,Then we blanched the potatoes strips .After blanched we thoroughly dried .Now is the secret of crispy fries we add some corn starch in potato fries and let it in Freezer for 1 hour then we deep fried in hot oil.

Potato fries fried in one or two stages. I agree that the two-bath technique produces better results.Potatoes fresh out of the ground can have too high a water content - resulting in soggy fries - so preference is for spuds that have been in storage for a while.
