Never showed up. Scheduled for 10-12. Technician thought it was 10-2. I canceled 3 of my appointments for this guy and he still hasn't showed up or returned my call. In the mean time, I called Rock Solid and they were here in minutes, fixed the problem and were very impressive. You should just call Rock Solid.

Call this company they said they'd be between five and eight. They showed up at 10 o'clock didn't have the parts and pieces to fix the air conditioners said they'd be back at eight at 10 I text him at 10:15 I called them they said they were on the way at 1:30. I called them again no answer. Do not use these people.

While I previously had a positive experience with this business, they lost a customer this week. I called to have them do a seasonal check on my furnace. I am back working in the office, so I had my parents at the house. I have 2 systems, they were only supposed to check the one they installed, not the other, older unit. I typically pay around $79 for this service.

Come to find out they charged my father $334 to clean 2 furnaces. I said that was wrong and to call them back. So my mom called and asked how much they charge for a cleaning and was told $79; my mom then asked them why was I charged $334 for 2 systems? The response was, oh he must have done more work for that price. No, my husband was with him the entire time, just cleaned the 2 systems. We were told she would speak to the owner and call us back. This was Tuesday and after many more calls from our end, still no response from this company. I will never do business with them again. Save yourself and find a more reputable company that does not fraudulently over charge senior citizens, this is not one of them.

Update: because the charge was disputed with the credit card company, Choice Air corrected the amount charged but never called back to apologize or even say they were adjusting the price, they never communicated with us. Do business elsewhere, I know I will!

Chris from choice air came out and installed a heating and air conditioning unit last June I have just turned it on this summer for the first time and have found that all of the refrigerant has leaked out I contacted Chris he has not responded I've texted I've called multiple numbers no answer I had to call another company to come out it's going to cost me lots of money to repair the leak on a brand new system. I feel like I was completely scammed.

called at 9pm the night before for emergency service. gave them all my info and they said that the technician would call me. i stayed up for two hours before falling asleep in my sweat. woke up the next day and checked my phone - no missed calls. Room temperature was at 88.

Scheduled someone to come out and they did not show nor call us to let us know they weren't coming. Called the next day and got the run around. Terrible way to run a business, will not call again. Get a better scheduler who doesn't overcommit.

These guys are top notch. My AC went out in the early morning hours of Father's Day and Chip from Choice air came out to look at the unit same day.... on Father's Day! And he could not have been nicer about it.

I had a total loss and needed the entire system (18years old) replaced. His crew came out the next day and got the job done quickly. I gave them the code to the garage and they went in and got everything done while my wife and I were at work.

Chip worked with the distributors to get me a great price and arranged financing so I didn't have to pay for all of it up front.

I highly recommend Choice Air for all you HVAC needs. They are trustworthy and fast.

Good but expensive. One of my AC units was not working. Condenser unit fan was not turning on, due to a capacitor issue. The technician was pretty quick to figure that out. And he replaced the capacitor, but in the process, the furnace fuse was blown. The tech was honest to accept it and he replaced it. Overall the experience was OK, but it is expensive compared to other companies.

Chose this A/C company because of their higher reviews. They never fixed our original issue of water leaking from our wall air unit after several call backs. After the last time, they said I needed more work and it would have cost us more $$$, we chose not to have the work done because it would have cost us again when the original call was never fixed. Had to hire another company AMC Air/Heat to fix it and they fixed it the 1st time out.

I used Choice Air Care twice this summer. Each time they made an appointment and came to our house within 24 hours. Chris was very professional, courteous, and quick. The second visit our ac unit had finally gave out and we had a new one installed the very next morning on a Sunday. It cost exactly what they said, they were here when they said, they were friendly and completed in a few hours. Chris came back once completed to inspect the work. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this company.
