Metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan plumbing pada pekerjaan gedung

1. Lingkup Pekerjaan
Pekerjaan instalasi plumbing meliputi pekerjaan pengadaan pipa dan kelengkapannya, pengukuran, pemasangan dan pengujian.

 2. Persiapan Pekerjaan
  1. Mengirim program kerja (workplan) termasuk metoda kerja, schedule, perlatan, personil kerja dan gambar kerja yang akan digunakan, untuk memperoleh persetujuan dari Konsultan sebelum pekerjaan
  2. Mengajukan permohonan penggunaan bahan material kermaik kepada direksi.
  3. Memberitahu Konsultan secara tertulis paling sedikit 24 jam sebelum tanggal dilakukannya pelaksanaan pekerjaan

3. Uraian Pekerjaan
  1. Pekerjaan plumbing yang dilakukan pihak kontraktor, selain menyambung pipa sparingan, fitting dan gate valve pada kekuatan lem dan klem gantungan untuk menghindari kebocoran dari sambungan.
  2. Kemiringan pipa diperhatikan  agar air bersih maupun air kotor dan air hujan  lancar mengarah ke shaft.
  3. Pekerjaan sparingan yang tertinggal akan dilakukan pekerjaan coring.
  4. Khusus pekerjaan yang menyangkut pengelasan akan disediakan tabung pemadam apar
  5. Khusus pada pemasangan pipa air buangan dan air kotor harus disediakan pipa leher angsa untuk pengecekan bila terjadi penyumbatan dikemudian hari.
  6. Pengetesan dilakukan sebelum digunakan dan dipastikan tidak terjadi kebocoran.
  7. Posisi floor, fitting air bersih / kotor, kran, wastafel, closet dan urinoir disesuaikan dengan posisi nat keramik.
