Update: change 2stars into 1star, due to nothing improved. My mandatory suggestion is also not being followed up. (Suggest to make it more simple to top up emoney: feature to save emoney number and call it later by selecting drom drop down list, so you dont need to type in again the numbers !! Even better, if you can READ DIRECTLY from the card, just like mBCA ebanking !!! )

Makes it harder to deactivate an account. Can't even change your phone number, because they said it was like a bank account that can't be change easily. What a stupid reason. You also have to upgrade your account with verifying you with your real identity and private information to request an account deletion. Oh wow, very suspicious request I've ever seen. I'm sadly not gonna move to this one. Other e-Wallet apps makes it possible to change your phone number, while this one can't.

I thought I-saku like ovo/ gopay/ or dana but it's really dissappointing because I can't change my phone number like ovo/gopay/dana.. it's just doesn't make sense they said the phone number can't be changes but the data like a name etc can be changes. Wow I'm speechless isn't it makes i-saku not secure enough
