Still slow, frequent glitches, at least one crash per play session. Launching this app on my current device, about three years ago, crashed it and sent me to a device OS screen, and the game has been super buggy on said device ever since. AR doesn't function correctly at all on this device, and as such, core functions are simply unusable. A lot of visual and quality-of-life changes have made the game a little better, but not fixing core issues has done it no favors.

After the update, the character models for the player looks like they were downgraded. The customization options you have aren't great either. The faces look too similar to one another besides a single eyelash difference. Hair colors became more matte and less reflective of the lighting. The abdominal area is lacking in customization, which makes the player look like a noodle if they use don't increase the weight to max. The update had great intentions, but the execution of it was abysmal.

Agree with everyone else: character upgrade was nice, BUT the faces are pudgey and ugly, no real difference. The hair options are awful as well. Reminds me of Sims 3, lol. But overall the new models are plain and basic. The game keeps crashing for me. 9/10 times the Pokemons I click on take me to a white screen so I have to exit the game and restart just for it to happen all over again, amongst other graphical issues.
