Bibliotheca Alexandrina is honored and proud to celebrate the International Women Day by hosting the second edition of  “Heya” campaign which will take place during the period from Monday,  March 12th 2018 to Wednesday, March 14th 2018 at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center (BACC) in partnership with the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport and Alexandria Volunteers for Awareness and Development Club (AVAD), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Fund for Drug Control and Treatment of Addiction (FDCTA) and others.
The campaign aims at focusing on the irreplaceable role of women in the Egyptian society, and at tackling Women Empowerment in three main fields: Leadership, Health and Arts, all this through various activities; workshops, and lectures.
Heya also emphasizes several male role models supporting women in their career encouraging her success and supporting her career.

تقوم مكتبة الإسكندرية بتنظيم حملة: "هي" بالتعاون مع الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري، والمبادرة الشبابية نادي أفاد، والمفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، وصندوق مكافحة وعلاج الإدمان، والجمعية المصرية لأصدقاء مكتبة الإسكندرية، شركة في أي ماركتس، المعهد المصرفي المصري، وإنجاز مصر.
تهدف حملة "هي" إلى دعم وتمكين المرأة في عدة مجالات منها: المجال القيادي والصحة والفنون وغير ذلك. وتهدف الحملة إلى تسليط الضوء على اهمية دور المرأة في المجتمع المصرى وذلك من خلال تقديم عدة محاضرات لعدد من الشخصيات العامة والمتخصصين في عدة مجالات.
تبدأ الحملة يوم الاثنين الموافق 12 مارس 2018 بجلسة افتتاحية تتضمن كلمة للرعاة وعرض فني، يليها المحاضرات المقسمة إلى ثلاثة محاور رئيسية تعمل بالتوازي معاَ هي: المرأة والمناصب القيادية، صحة المرأة وحقوقها، واهتمامات المرأة. وتستمر هذه الحملة لمدة ثلاثة أيام حتى 14 مارس 2018 ويتضمن اليوم الأخير الحفل الختامي مصحوبًا بقصص نجاح لنماذج أشخاص أثروا الحياة في عدة مجالات مختلفة وتختم فاعليات الحملة بحفلة فنية.
