Partnership for Open Data Questionnaire
The Partnership for Open Data (POD) is a partnership between the World Bank; the Open Data Institute (ODI); and the Open Knowledge Foundation designed to help policy makers and citizens in developing countries understand and build on the benefits of Open Data by:

   - Supporting developing countries to plan, execute and run open data initiatives
   - Increase re-use of open data in developing countries.
   - Grow the base of evidence on the impact of open data for development

Initial funding of $1.25 million in the first year comes from the World Bank’s Development Grant Facility and the partnership is actively seeking additional partners to join its efforts.

SBC4D (http://sbc4d.com) has been selected to conduct an actor mapping study on behalf of the POD to identify who is working in the domain of Open Data in developing countries or interested in this thematic; where the different actors are working in terms of geography and sectors; what kind of activities they are running or planning to develop; and how much they invested or plan to invest in the next 2-3 years.

This questionnaire will only take less than 10 minutes of your time and all organizations responding will be listed in the final list of actors (if they wish so) and considered as potential new partners.
