Buggy Active is suitable for ALL fitness levels it will be a mix of games and exercises to tone up and burn fat.
You MUST have had your 6 week postnatal check or be 8 weeks post C-Section before you can join in the class.
The class will last between 45 - 60 minutes and you will be free to see to your little one as necessary during this time.
Sensible exercise clothing and trainers will be needed and a drink for yourselves and a yoga mat or towel for abs work.
Class starts at 12:15pm meeting in the hall at Roe Green Methodist Church
The group is run by Naomi, who is a qualified personal trainer
Pre booking is essential, there are 12 places each week
