New FCC and e-Waste Regs for Electronics
Please join us for this one-hour webinar to discuss two changing sets of
laws governing radiofrequency-emitting and other electronic devices: Federal Communication Commission (FCC) rules and state e-waste/e-recycling laws.
Our discussion of the FCC requirements will include an overview of the recently-finalized rule changes governing equipment authorizations for devices imported and sold in the U.S., including labeling, testing and authorizations needed for market trials and product demonstrations.
We will also survey the e-waste laws adopted in 25 states, plus the
District of Columbia.
