Plants arrived in good condition but significant delay in receipt with expectations being managed. Plants arrived wrapped in paper, not clear that under paper each pot was wrapped in plastic. Watering in pots ineffective due to plastic. No comms about transportation etc could have led to poor plant conditions given, available time to plant out. No issue with the use rather no information about how they're packed and timelines to maintain plant welfare.

Delivery was good and the Cordyline was stunning, however within a fortnight its appearance had been ruined by snails. They sucked the colour out of each leaf and left many with 'dead ends'. I've grown cordylines into trees and whilst snails take an interest I have never come across them marring the leaves before. Perhaps Charlie Boy is tastier to them than plain green or Torbay Dazzler.

The plant quality is outstanding and customer service excellent. I only deducted one star because delivery is unpredictable. On two occasions I was informed when my plant would be delivered only to be informed subsequently that delivery was delayed and there was no tracking info. The plants arrived several days later than they should have.

When I rang to place an order the lady I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. The ordering was a pleasant experience. A real person makes all the difference. My order arrived before the due date. The plant itself was not 100% but quite good enough and I was very pleased to have it.

Delivered next day the most picture perfect Hebe Donna Britta. Plant is large (~35cm above the pot) bushy and all covered in beautiful blue/purple flowers. Amazing quality and speed, will certainly buy from this company in the future.

Ordered a 3L azelea as a gift. I couldn't find this particular variety anywhere else. Delivery took a little longer than I expected (only a week or so), but when I called the garden centre, the delay due to cold Spring weather was explained. Staff very professional and friendly. It is a beautiful, lusciously healthy plant, and the recipient is very happy. I will happily order again in future.

I was very impressed with the professional and efficient service I received when placing my first order with Plants Galore. They kept me up to date on when to expect the plant to be despatched and delivered - their communication was first class. The plant is Salvia ‘Madeline’, which is the name of my oldest granddaughter, and is beautiful, just like her. I would definitely recommend them.

For the 4th year running l have ordered bedding plants and hanging baskets from Plants Galore. I received my order 2 weeks ago for approximately 1500 plants and 6 hanging baskets. They were delivered within three days of my order and once again everything was wonderful. Of particular mention were the 600 bedding begonias even better than previous years (which have always been outstanding). The staff are so helpful and I would recommend Plants Galore to everyone - they can’t be beaten.
