一般寄送至中國、港澳地區的包裹，博客來配合的配送廠商有韻達快遞、DHL、DPEX、Fedex、藍天、中國速遞(EMS)、UCE....等。而寄送至其他地區的包裹，可能使用DHL或郵局快捷(EMS)。

Generally, for parcels sent to China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the distribution vendors that Book Your Life cooperates with include Yunda Express, DHL, DPEX, FedEx, Blue Sky, Express Shipment Tracking (EMS), UCE... etc. For parcels sent to other regions, DHL or Express Shipment Tracking (EMS) may be used.

若訂單中的商品都是博客來有現貨庫存的，商品將於1-3個工作天內出貨(不含驗關時間)，寄送天數請參考下表：

博客來網站中並非所有商品都可寄送至海外，無法銷售至海外的商品，在商品頁及購物車內亦會註明。

另外，也可透過電腦版的搜尋方式，縮小搜尋範圍(可港澳店取、可海外宅配)進行勾選，可快速確認搜尋到的商品是否可以寄送至海外地區，請參考如下圖：

Not all products on the Books.com.tw website can be sent overseas. Products that cannot be sold overseas will also be indicated on the product page and shopping cart.

In addition, you may also use the computer version of the search engine to narrow down the search result and quickly confirm whether or not the searched product can be sent to overseas regions (available in Hong Kong and Macau stores, overseas home delivery). 依據「民用航空危險物品空運管理辦法」相關規定，凡屬危險物品九大類之貨物，例如:液體類、膠狀類、噴劑、壓力罐、氧化物質、毒性物質、磁性物質、電池或其它可經由人為操作後，可能影響飛航安全之物品…等，或是任何在正常環境下的運輸過程中容易爆炸、危險反應、產生易燃或危險高溫、危險毒氣、腐蝕性或可燃性氣體、蒸氣等物質，任何情況下皆禁止以航空器運輸。

為避免商品因此問題導致被扣留而無法如期收到商品或造成罰鍰，專櫃美妝、醫美開架、美體保健多數類別商品，及創意生活、手錶飾品、美食、3C、家電等部份商品暫不提供寄送海外之服務。

According to the relevant regulations of "Regulations Governing the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air", all 9 classes of dangerous goods are prohibited from being transported by aircraft under any circumstances. For example, liquids, gels, sprays, high-pressure cylinders, oxidizing substances, toxic substances, magnetic substances, batteries or other items that may affect flight safety after the manual operation... etc., or any substance that is prone to explosion, dangerous reaction, flammable or dangerous high temperature, dangerous poisonous gas, corrosive or flammable gas, vapor, etc. during transportation in a normal environment.

In order to prevent the goods from being detained due to these problems, which leads to a failure in receiving the goods on time or causing fines, most types of products such as cosmetics, medical beauty, and body care products, as well as arts & creative, watch accessories, gourmet food, 3C, and home appliances, are temporarily not available for shipping overseas. For related instructions, please refer to Civil Aeronautics Administration, MOTC's regulations for "aviation safety".

 

商品出貨後，即無法修改寄送地址、收件人等資料。若您原本的地址無法成功投遞，包裹將會被退回博客來，並以e-mail方式通知會員。

After the goods are shipped, you cannot modify the delivery address, recipients, and other information. If your original address cannot be delivered successfully, the parcel will be returned to Book Your Life and the member will be notified by e-mail.

請於下單時選擇寄送地區為「海外」，再於收件資料處填寫當地的收件資料即可。目前寄至海外地區的訂單，僅接受「信用卡線上刷卡」或「ATM轉帳」付款方式。

Please select the shipping area as "Overseas" when placing the order, and then fill in the local receiving information at the receiving field. Currently, orders sent to overseas areas only accept the payment methods of "Credit Card Payment Online" or "ATM Transfer".

在商品寄出後，博客來會發送「出貨通知」至訂單資料中的E-mail信箱，在出貨通知信函中，會附上寄送廠商及貨運號碼，您可以此貨運號碼至配送廠商的網站中追蹤配送進度。

After the goods are shipped, Books.com.tw will send a "Shipping Notice" to the E-mail address that you provided in the order information. In the shipping notification letter, the shipping vendor and shipping number will be attached so that you can track the delivery progress with this shipping number on the distribution vendor’s website.

• 書籍(繁體書)：7~14個工作日左右。
• 簡體書：若為海外庫存商品，約45個工作天左右。建議將簡體書與其它商品分開下單。
• 外文書：一般約14~20個工作天左右，建議把外文書與其它商品分開下單，以獲得最快的取貨速度；若為海外專案進口之外文商品，調貨時間約需1~2個月。建議將外文書與其它商品分開下單。
• (長期訂閱)中文雜誌：不需調貨，但發票與雜誌將分開寄出，雜誌於出刊後另行寄送。
• 日文、歐美雜誌及MOOK：7~14個工作日左右，但若台灣已無庫存，需由海外再進口，則時間約需3~4週。
• 影音商品(如CD、DVD...)：7~14個工作日左右；但若是海外專案進口的影音商品，調貨時間約1~2 個月。
• 百貨商品：3~10個工作日左右；轉廠商出貨的商品將由博客來寄出發票，商品約7個工作天內配送寄出。

 

※若您訂的商品無法於正常期限內出貨(例如：書籍正值出版社再版印刷、供應商缺貨...等)，我們將以e-mail通知您調貨狀況，如商品無法順利出貨或缺貨，為避免您久候商品，也將主動通知您並取消該品項。

 

 

Books (Traditional Chinese books): about 7~14 working days.

Simplified Chinese book: If it is an overseas stock product, it will take about 45 working days. It is advised to place an order separately for simplified Chinese books and other products.

Foreign language books: generally about 14~20 working days, it is recommended to place foreign documents separately from other goods to facilitate the fastest pick-up speed;

Foreign language products imported from overseas will generally take
1~2 months and it is advised to place an order separately for foreign language books and other products.

(Long Term Subscription) Chinese Magazine: No need to restock. However, the invoice and the magazine will be sent separately and the magazine will be sent separately after publication.

Japanese, European and American magazines and MOOK: about 7 to 14 working days. However, if the product is out of stock in Taiwan, the import from overseas will take about 3 to 4 weeks.

Audio-visual products (such as CDs, DVDs): about 7~14 working days; however, if they are audio-visual products imported from overseas, it takes about 1~2 months to restock the goods.

Groceries: 3~10 working days; the goods shipped by the vendor will be invoiced by Books.com.tw and the goods will be delivered within 7 working days.
 
※If the goods you ordered cannot be shipped within the time limit (for example, the book is being reprinted by the publisher, the supplier is out of stock... etc.), we will notify you of the order status by e-mail. If the product cannot be shipped smoothly or is out of stock, we will also proactively notify you and cancel the order to avoid wasting a long time waiting for the product.

If you want to set the frequently used parcel receiving information, please go to the "Settings/Maintenance" under the "My account" and select "Frequently used stores, parcel receiving information".

 

選擇「新增常用海外收件地址」新增選單，最多可加入5個海外常用地址。

Select "Add frequently used overseas parcel-receiving addresses" to add a new menu, and up to 5 frequently used overseas addresses can be added.

 

您還可設定編輯順序，於訂購時，將優先選用編輯順序第一順位的常用地址。若未設定編輯順序，或設定順序相同時，將優先選用您先新增選單的地址。

You can also set the editing order. When ordering, the frequently used address with the first editing order will be preferred. If the editing sequence is not set, or the setting sequence is the same, the address of the menu you added first will be selected first.

 

設定完成後請記得選擇「儲存變更」才算完成選單異動。

After setting, please remember to select "Save Changes" to complete the menu change.

 

若您要移除選單中的收件地址，請勾選「移除」後再選擇「儲存變更」即可。
