App is poorly designed and does not send useful notifications. Only promos. There is no option to "Copy" text here, like the ORDER ID. Not shared via mail also. Delivery tracking is just a date that they give you. FurBot does not give notifications for any chat msg. Keeps timing out. Unhelpful automated responses. Clueless agents that need better training. They don't follow old convo, cannot give delivery info, no callbacks. Agents ignore queries & issues are marked solved w/o responding to it.

Not a good experience. They have no option of paying monthly. They charge the entire amount upfront with no scope of modifications. The entire amount is non refundable. Additionally, the delivery is not at all at a convenient time. They will expect you to leave office and wait for them. No option to choose slots. Very bad service after payment. Only big name.

We have rented 2 ac and after 4 days they have delivered only 1, they have really slow services and there is no proper update for the installation from the service team. Still up to date we are still struggling to contact them. This is such a mental stress going through even after paying the whole amount in advance. Its really a bad experince just for the first order
