39		Regarding legendaries: Ilterendi, Crown Jewel of Silvermoon is easily the best one, but the tier 2 legendaries (Prydaz, Shoulders, Trinket) are extremely close to eachother and there isn't a clear winner. You will probably just want to pick whatever you actually have. If you can't figure it out I'm sure someone will have an opinion in the #holy discord, so ask there. Also, I made a legendary ranking image which you can find in the resources or Discord pins.
