The only icky part about the experience was the atmosphere, and because that's such an important part of a restaurant, it made for an uncomfortable experience. Walking in, it smelled like a urinal spilled and was drenched with hand sanitizer and the floor was sticky enough to have been covered with urine. However, the service was adequate and made the experience a little better. The food was the best part though and was very good.

The food tasted great. The service was really fast and efficient. The workers used gloves. The floor was really sticky and the tables were NOT CLEAN! The floor had so much water on it and the bathroom did too. Not bad but definitely not great.

ordered a turtle Sunday and there were lots of employees just standing around, should have been no reason for my turtle Sunday to be completely melted when my order was "ready".

The manager suggested we try melted Carmel with our cheese curds and believe it or not it was great. We will be stopping again soon.

I wish I didn't have to give a star but I'm forced to get at least one. We showed up at the restaurant at 2:30 in the afternoon. The lobby was closed because freddies has not stepped into the 20th century to realize that the pandemic is now the end Demic. There was a car parked across the drive-through making the drive through useless

Went through a long line tonight and a woman came out and put a sign out behind me stating drive through was closed. Thought wow I just made it continued to wait then when I got to order was informed that drive through was closed. I responded no I was the last car before the sign was put out and the response I got was fine what do you want. I asked for a cheeseburger. Response was sorry I just cleaned the grill can't have a burger.
