When Rockstar confirmed Grand Theft Auto V for Spring 2013, a statement noted that “for those asking about the PC platform, we're currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don't have any details to share about a PC version at this time.” Rockstar’s Dan Houser later told IGN “everything else is up for consideration” in regard to Grand Theft Auto V expanding to other platforms.
Normally we'd assume this is a mistake, but seeing as Amazon France hasn't been wrong yet and the fan petition asking for a PC version of the game has managed to rack up over 144,000 signatures, it's possible that Rockstar has relented.
