      Hello Angle#3,

Charlie here. Just stay away from any processed oil, even the good kind. As you know the camp is divided. Some people believe NO oil is good for you and humans were never made to digest processed vegetable oil of ANY type and others believe only EVOO, and maybe coconut and palm oil might be OK.

I do know two fellas that FRIED everything (they ran popular restaurants) one DIED having obtained diverticulitis and went into a coma. When he came out he looked rail thin and SICK and died shortly after. He FRIED everything. He was only middle-aged.

The other guy ran a small Chinese restaurant and I notice he used specialized vegetable (think commercial oils) and he got sick and recently retired. Both these guys FRIED everything in oil. He also was a middle-aged fellow too.

As you know we fry our doughnuts in oil too but I believe the doughnut filters our oil so it’s GOOD stuff that doughnut, I tell ya….

      Signed,

Charlie (Yeah, good stuff! Ride that doughnut train – chew, chew!)

Your brain is basicly made of fat. Palm oil is not only the cheapest shit on the market, it is also a very poor construction material for your brain. Nice to have one of these ”retired from big pharma” guys promoting the cheap shit at your cheapest noodles… On behalve of ”toxic big food GMO is great corporations”. Yes, palm oil really goes well with GMO wheat. So feel free to swap coconut oil, which is among the healthiest plant based fats to palm oil. That way you also support local ecological disasters somewhere over there where ”real people” dont live. Only those poor wretches live in those areas. Please dont ask yourself: Traditionally palm oil is part of the nutrition over there, might it have something to do with their lack of success in meritocratical world?
