This classroom based workshop is the first in a series of Coach Development Workshops that Speedworks Charity plans to deliver. The charity’s Head Coach, Marvin Rowe, along with Performance Director, Jonas Dodoo, will be hosting the afternoon. This workshop will focus on the development of acceleration for all event groups, addressing the fundamentals of acceleration and how to incorporate them into training. Both Marvin and Jonas have coached some of Britain’s finest athletes and helped them achieve success at national, international and Olympic level.

In line with the philosophy of Speedworks Charity and their mission to share knowledge and “pass it on” in order to raise standards within the coaching industry, this workshop is making the critical success strategies of the elite coaching world both accessible and affordable to coaches at development level.
