OVERVIEW:
Hello everyone! Thank you for your interest in our Dance Instructor Training and Career Development program. This is the PERFECT opportunity for adults looking to become a dance instructor - explore a rewarding & enjoyable new career!

There are 2 Levels available:
- Teacher Training Level 1 class (less than 6 months teaching experience)
- Teacher Training Level 2 class (more than 6 months teaching experience)

We place candidates into appropriate level class after the initial interview.

- Get weekly teaching methods classes from dance experts
- Practice your teaching in real-life practice sessions during the week
- Get weekly feedback & evaluations so you can see your progress

WHO CAN JOIN:
- Candidates need previous experience in ONE of the following styles: Salsa, Bachata, Social Dance Ballroom, International Latin & Ballroom, Hip Hop, Break Dance, West Coast Swing, Country or Argentine Tango.
- Best candidates are courteous and have a good attitude. They also demonstrate a high standard of learning and desire to improve in their dance skills.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Summer semester starts Sat May 5th!
Classes run until Aug 18th on Saturdays
Level 1: 10am - 12pm (weekly)
Level 2: 2pm - 4pm (twice a month, 1st & 3rd Saturdays)
*No Sat class held on May 26th or June 30th for holiday weekends

SCHOLARSHIPS:
Our teaching methods program also offers partial scholarship opportunities based on your dance, teaching and work experience.
