Spring 2019 Course Choice Selection
This form will be used to gather information on your course choices so that you can be registered for Spring 2019 courses. Below you will find the MEM courses offered in Spring 2019 as well as certain electives that we will register you for.
Due to the number of other electives available, you must register yourself for any other electives you want to take outside of those listed on this sheet. Write in which of those electives you would like to take and let us know if you do not end up getting into the elective you have chosen. We need to keep track of your courses for our records and to help you complete your degree efficiently. This form is for selecting Spring 2019 courses only.
