IPO-R eksamile registreerimine/ Registration to the IPO-R test
Algatus "Kingime Eestile atesteeritud otsingukoeri" on Eesti Otsingukoerte Klubi kingitus Eesti Vabariigi 100.sünnipäeva auks, millega ühtlasi soovime tunnustada ja innustada kõiki pääste- ja otsingukoerte koolitamisega tegelejaid nende panuse eest meie Eesti heaks!  

Eksami info ja registreerimine:
Eesti Otsingukoerte Klubi korraldab Harjumaal Harku vallas Adra külas 24.märtsil 2018 IPO-R eksami pääste- ja otsingukoertele maa-ala otsingus.
Kohtunikud on Monika Rusing ja Margot Luukas

Registreerimiseks palume täita allpoololev veebivorm, tärniga väljad on vastamiseks kohustuslikud.

The initiative "Giving the certified search and rescue dogs to Estonia" is a gift from the Estonian Search Dogs Club in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, and also we would like to acknowledge and encourage all those involved in the training of SAR dogs for their contribution to our country!

Information on the test and registration:
Estonian Search Dogs Club will held an IPO-R test for rescue dogs in area search on 24th of March 2018 in Harju County, Harku Parish, Adra Village. The judges will be Monika Rusing and Margot Luukas

Kui koer on tõutu või tal puudub FCI tõutunnistus, siis tõmba lahtrisse kriips. If the dog is mixed breed or doesn't have pedigree recognized by FCI then make a dash into the cell.
7. Mikrokiibi või ID tätoveeringu number/ Microchip number or ID tattoo number *
Kõik koerad peavad olema märgistatud ja eksamil identifitseeritavad. All dogs must have marked and identificated during the test.
8. Koera omaniku ees- ja perekonnanimi/ Dog owner's first and last name *
9. Koerajuhi ees- ja perekonnanimi/ Dog handler's first and last name *
10. Kontakttelefon/ Phone number *
Osaleja peab olema kättesaadav sellelt numbrilt  eksami kestvuse ajal (mitte oma soorituse ajal). Participant should be available from this phone number during the test (not during the performance).
11. E-posti aadress/ E-post address *
Sellele e-postile saadetakse kogu eksamiga seotud eelinfo. All information regarding the test will be forwarded to this e-mail.
12. Kas on vajalik väljastada võistlusraamat? / Do you need a score book to be issued?
Võistlusraamat väljastatakse juhul kui koer osaleb esmakordselt eksamitel. The score book will be issued if the dog participates first time on the test.
