I agree with processing of personal data mentioned in electronic application only for purpose of administrative processing, for arrangement of interpretative competition at 13ᵗʰ International Dulcimer Festival in Valašské Meziříčí and for the purpose of providing of the adequate service arranged by the organizer. The personal data will be processed mostly for the period of two years, then they will be deleted and shredded. At the same time, I agree with taking photographs, sonic and audio-visual records at 13ᵗʰ International Dulcimer Festival in Valašské Meziříčí and with their publishing at the internet pages and the social networks determined for the propagation of 13ᵗʰ International Dulcimer Festival. The agreement is given according to The Statute of European Parliament and of The Council (EU) 679/2016 for Protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and about the free movement of these data (further only „GDPR”) in accordance with the law nr.101/2000 Sb., about the protection of personal data (further only „ZOOÚ”) and about the changes in some laws.
