9. Does anyone in your family suffer from dog allergies? *
If anyone in your family suffers from dog allergies, please explain.
Does anyone in your family have allergies other than dog allergies?  If they are environmental such as grass, flowers, cats, etc. do you realize that your pup/dog may bring such allergens into the house?  How will you deal with this? *
If anyone in your home has alergies, have you done any research and been exposed to BOTH the puppy coat AND adult labradoodles? *
If all the adults in the home work outside the home, how many hours are you away from home and what are your plans for your puppy/dog while at work? *
How many hours during the day will your puppy be left alone? *
Are you planning on crate training your puppy? If no, where do you plan for the puppy to be during the day when unattended? *
We do prefer only placing puppies with families having children no younger than six years old.  Very young children cannot deal with the nipping that is so common in puppyhood - one of the reasons many doodles have been rehomed!  Puppies ARE rambunctious and young families have difficulty finding the time to deal with the training of a new pup AND taking care of their young children.   Remember, doodles are highly intelligent and can be very challenging!   Do you feel that you can do this successfully? *
Living the Dream puppies are allotted based on which puppy's temperament we believe will be the best fit for your home. Do you agree to abide by this allotment process? *
If you have children, have they been around dogs? *
Gender: What is your wish list for your puppy? Please note: special requests are not guaranteed but we do our best to find the best possible all around fit for you and your family. The more flexible you are with gender and color the easier it is to accomplish the goal of getting the best possible personality match for you and your family. *
If you have a preference, please explain why. *
If for any reason, you are unable to keep your dog, we require you to contact us immediately. We will either ask you to return the dog to us, or will assist in rehoming him/her for you. You may never turn your dog over to a shelter. Do you agree to this? *
Will you take your puppy to puppy socialization, obedience and basic training puppy classes?
Clear selection
Do you have a fenced yard? *
If you don't have a fenced yard, what is your plan for protecting your puppy/dog?
Will your dog be living inside your home? *
Are you aware of the time and energy needed to care for a young puppy, and are you willing and able to accept that responsibility? *
Does everyone in your home want a labradoodle? *
I agree that the puppy is being sold as a pet and may NOT be used for breeding. *
Will the cost of caring for a young puppy fit comfortably into your budget? (ie. puppy shots, annual vaccinations, monthly heartworm medication, monthly flee tick prevention (seasonal), regular grooming expenses, training expenses, quality food expenses, toys, crates, bedding, etc...) *
If You have owned other dogs, please tell us about them. Please include how long they lived, and if they were rehomed at any time. *
What is your reason for adding a Labradoodle to your life?  Please keep in mind these dogs are wonderful but do not do well in homes where there is not enough time to give them the attention, comfort, training and love they desire and deserve.  They usually do very well in most work environments.  How does this fit into your lifestyle? *
Please note that 'marketing hype' is just another form of advertising and should not be the only reason for this choice.  Visiting other Labradoodles, training facilities that have doodles in their classes, visiting dog parks, doodle romps and speaking to responsible doodle owners are better ways of finding out if you want a Labradoodle than unsubstantiated website claims. *
