All 2017 Tigershark families are required to volunteer for a minimum of 15 hours this swim season.  

You are responsible for the 2017 season volunteer requirements even if your swimmer(s) is/are absent from meets -- please schedule vacations and camps around meets when possible.

You must stay for your entire assigned shift.

You are responsible for signing up for your own shift via our online sign-up process.  Only those who are on a specified crew do not have to sign up online.

At lease one parent volunteer must volunteer for two shifts during Champs/Meet of Champs meet if your child is swimming.  This does not count toward your volunteer hours.

You must complete your volunteer shift/assignment to receive credit.

If you are scheduled for a meet/volunteer assignment and cannot make it, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement and notify the Volunteer Coordinator.  Failure to do so will result in family not receiving credit for that volunteer position.

In the case where a true emergency prevents a family from completing a volunteer assignment, the Volunteer Coordinator will determine appropriate steps for the makeup of that assignment.
