Faith Grant Fund Application
The Outreach Grant Fund is in place to encourage members of Faith Presbyterian Church to seek out opportunities to take the love of Christ into their communities. Up to $150 may be approved by the Outreach Committee per initiative per quarter. All efforts will be made by the Outreach Committee to respond to members’ requests in a timely and loving fashion.

Acknowledgment
I understand that the grant for which I am applying will be reviewed by members of Faith Presbyterian Church’s Outreach Committee, that the members of this committee are folks just like me who I already know, that I will be asked to submit receipts for reimbursement upon approval (and not granted fund money outright), that I may be asked to report on the progress of my initiative at an Outreach Committee meeting in the future, and that the approval of an initiative idea for grant money is not a commitment to pay the granted amount; upon review, grants may be adjusted, extended, or cancelled by the Outreach Committee or the Session.
